Companies with empty trucks are up 15.03%*

More companies are also reactivating their advertising services and increasing ad budgets to keep up with demand.

This points to a tightening market where finding quality drivers will be more difficult and will get more expensive as time goes on.

What Can You Do About it:

  • Gather cheap leads while you can: cost per lead remains significantly cheaper than it has been in years past in most geographical markets. That makes now a fantastic time to start—or expand—your recruiting efforts and your driver database.
